ROLE DESCRIPTION
Morgan Sayre - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member on a temporary-to-hire basis. RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone; direct calls and visitors to the appropriate team members Answer incoming inquiries and provide general support/assistance Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the office calendar Handle basic office administration tasks and support daily operations Assist with maintaining customer records and updating information as needed Support the team with follow-up and administrative projects Engage in customer conversations when appropriate (including identifying opportunities to help clients with insurance needs) Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming front-office environment
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable working with clients in person and over the phone Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and familiarity with CRM systems preferred Ability to learn agency systems quickly and stay detail-oriented Insurance license (Property & Casualty and/or Life) preferred; willing to obtain is acceptable Benefits License reimbursement 401(k) Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Flexible schedule Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
