Job Summary J oin our dynamic team as the "Position for the Phone," where your friendly voice and exceptional communication skills will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. We are seeking friendly,efficient phone people .Duties include taking orders,managing calls, and reprenting Nonna's Restaurant with excellence.

Prior experience is a plus ,but not required.

Manage requests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Coordinate with team members to ensure patrons needs are met efficiently and effectively. Maintain a positive attitude while handling multiple calls, ensuring each cutomer feels valued and heard. Follow proper phone etiquette protocols to represent the company professionally at all times. Previous experience in food service is highly preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on friendly, clear, and professional phone etiquette. Excellent customer service skills / Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
