Job Description
Nail Tech Receptionist - Part-Time We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and flexible Nail Tech Receptionist to join our salon team. This is primarily a front desk position , but applicants must have a valid Cosmetology or Manicurist/Nail Technician license and understand the salon environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients Check clients in and out Assist clients with appointment-related questions in person Manage and update the appointment schedule Process payments and assist with transactions Communicate client requests and appointment details to nail technicians Help coordinate the flow of appointments Keep the front desk and reception area organized Assist with daily administrative and front desk tasks Provide excellent and professional customer service Support the salon team with daily operations as needed Requirements Valid Cosmetology or Manicurist/Nail Technician license required Previous salon or front desk experience preferred Friendly and professional attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Reliable and punctual Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems Must have flexible availability and be willing to work different shifts as needed English required; Spanish is a plus
