The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires strong communication skills, office experience, and the ability to handle client interactions professionally. The Front Desk Receptionist will also assist with phone communication and support verification processes related to client eligibility. Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Manage incoming phone calls, directing inquiries appropriately and providing accurate information. Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their questions or concerns promptly. Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area to ensure a positive first impression. Assist with office-related tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence. Support eligibility verification processes by providing necessary information and documentation as needed. Handle client communication efficiently, ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and confidentiality. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and excellent customer service. Requirements Proven experience in an office environment or front desk role preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting. Professional appearance and demeanor. Proficiency in basic office software and phone systems. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and visitors. Knowledge of eligibility verification procedures is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 21.0 per week
