Role:
Our receptionists are more than just administrative professionals—they are the first introduction and face of the practice . They are capable of focusing and multitasking in a fast-paced environment, all while maintaining a positive and welcoming demeanor . Whether clients are visiting for routine checkups or urgent needs, receptionists help guide them through every step with warmth and professionalism. They provide kindness during difficult moments and help create a calm atmosphere for both clients and patients alike.

Duties:
Greet clients and their pets warmly and assist them with check-in procedures Schedule appointments Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries with clarity and professionalism Process payments Maintain accurate records of patient information in the system
Requirements:
Experience in veterinary medicine Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude and a genuine love for animals and people Flexibility to work weekends as needed
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$19.00 - $24.00 per hour
