Seeking to fill a part time with the opportunity to move to full time salon coordinator/receptionist to greet our guests and schedule appointments. Candidate must have a background in customer service as our motto at Shag86 is "Life, hair, and happiness" . The Salon coordinator will be leading the team while on duty; steering the ship. This candidate should have a leading demeanor be eager, enthusiastic ,AND understand what it is to lead with hospitality and provide high quality guest services. Shows a strong excitement and dedication to attention to detail with organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills and computer skills POS AND Meevo2 experience a plus! Strong communication skills while speaking and listening, strong multitasker. Discretion and ability to handle confidential information and situations Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in a fast paced environment. Candidate must be able to answer heavy multiple line phone calls. Multiple evening Saturday and holiday shifts are required. Experience in the Salon Industry preferred.
