Experience not required. Our practice is a welcoming, well-established dental office with a beautifully renovated facility, and we are looking for the right candidate to help us continue providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in both Japanese and English Schedule appointments Verify patient information and maintain accurate records Handle administrative and front-desk duties as needed
Qualifications:
Fluency in both Japanese and English (spoken and written) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Prior dental or medical office experience preferred, but not required Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism We offer a supportive team environment and a pleasant workplace where both patients and staff feel comfortable and valued. Monday:
9:00 AM•7:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Tuesday:
9:00 AM•6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Wednesday:
9:00 AM•6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Thursday:
