Bilingual Spanish Part time receptionist Pay rate: $25/hr

Department:

Administrative Services Hours:

3 days a week till June 30, 2026. Thereafter the position will switch to being 4 days a week from July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027.

• Duties:

• + Greeting visitors + Scheduling appointments, verifying insurance + Inputting demographics in the system + Answering the phones + Office correspondence + Other duties as assigned

• Requirements:

• + Must be bilingual Spanish, fluent in Spanish + Medical office experience is required, familiarity with medical insurance terms, and systems + Experience with scheduling systems such as EPIC is a plus + Must be MS office proficient + HS Diploma + Dependable and reliable

• Pay Details:

• $25.
