Night Shift Cabinet Assembler (Warehouse)

Our Night Shift Custom Shop is dedicated to producing one-of-a-kind and specialty cabinetry that meets our clients' unique needs. Fabuwood is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customizer to join our Night Shift Custom Shop team. The ideal candidate has hands-on construction or woodworking experience, with fine carpentry skills and a strong eye for detail.

Schedule:

Monday -Thursday 5:00pm - 3:00am

Key Responsibilities:

Build, modify, and assemble custom and specialty cabinetry to meet project specifications Interpret technical drawings, written work orders, and verbal instructions to execute precise customizations Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and project requirements Collaborate with design and production teams to achieve custom design objectives Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the customization process Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience in construction, woodworking, or cabinetry manufacturing Strong fine carpentry skills; custom woodworking experience preferred Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficient with hand tools and power tools (saws, drills, sanders, etc.) Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and problem-solving skills
