Bilingual Spanish Part time receptionist Pay rate: $25/hr

Department:

Administrative Services

Hours:

3 days a week till June 30, 2026. Tafter the position will switch to being 4 days a week from July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027.

Newark, NJ

Duties:

Greeting visitors Scheduling appointments, verifying insurance Inputting demographics in the system Answering the phones Office correspondence Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Must be bilingual Spanish, fluent in Spanish Medical office experience is required, familiarity with medical insurance terms, and systems Experience with scheduling systems such as EPIC is a plus Must be MS office proficient HS Diploma Dependable and reliable

Pay Details:
