Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments as needed. Check patients in and out, collect necessary documentation, and verify information. Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the system. Handle incoming mail, emails, and general office correspondence. Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions. Assist with administrative and clerical tasks, including filing, scanning, and data entry. Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming. Provide outstanding customer service and address patient inquiries promptly. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Experience in a medical office setting is a plus.
