Private optometry office is seeking a friendly and reliable Medical Receptionist with strong people skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and takes pride in providing an excellent patient experience.
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting and checking in patients Answering phones and scheduling appointments Verifying insurance and collecting copays Managing patient flow and front desk operations Assisting patients with questions and office communication Supporting the team with day-to-day office tasks
Ideal Candidate:
Friendly, dependable, and professional Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a busy office environment Prior medical, dental, or optical office experience is a plus
