Job Summary Caring World & Health Services - North Brunswick, NJ Caring World & Health Services is seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Healthcare Receptionist / Office Assistant to support our home healthcare office. This position serves as an important first point of contact for clients, caregivers, and visitors while providing administrative support to our Case Managers, Case Coordinators, and Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls and assist clients and visitors Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and general office tasks Assist with scheduling, documentation, and maintaining organized records Support Case Managers, Case Coordinators, and the Office Manager with administrative tasks Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and staff Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client information Help keep the office organized and running efficiently
Qualifications:
Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and office equipment Professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude Ability to work independently while being a strong team player Bilingual proficiency is preferred, particularly English/Spanish (Any other languages are also accepted like Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, Chinese, Russian etc.) Medical or home healthcare experience is a plus
