This position is the first point of contact for our guests and plays an important role in creating a fun, welcoming experience. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, professional customer service Check in bowling reservations and assign lanes Assist walk-in guests with bowling rates, availability, and specials Operate the POS/register and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions Answer phones and assist with general questions and reservations Distribute and collect bowling shoes Explain bowling center policies, promotions, and programs Assist with birthday parties, groups, leagues, and special events as needed Monitor lanes and guest areas and communicate service needs to other staff Maintain a clean and organized front desk, shoe rental, and lobby area Handle guest questions or concerns professionally and involve management when necessary Work cooperatively with bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, mechanics, and management during busy shifts Complete opening, closing, and other assigned shift duties Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with guests of all ages Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable and punctual Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy, fast-paced environment Comfortable handling money and using a computerized POS system Able to work independently while also being part of a team Willing to learn bowling center operations, pricing, promotions, and procedures Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, entertainment, or cash-handling experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Schedule Part-Time Position Applicants should have flexible availability. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is important , as these are some of our busiest times. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is personable, reliable, attentive, and able to keep up in a busy environment .
