Perth Amboy NJ Salary:
$21.00 per hour We are currently looking for a bilingual professional who seeks to be part of a dynamic, high performing organization.
Responsibilities:
Answering switchboard lines Assessing phone calls and transferring to appropriate program staff Handling diverse clientele seeking social services with patience and good judgement Processing client payments and recording transactions accurately Processing Incident Reports and other administrative duties as requested conducting building opening and closing lock-up procedures as schedule requires Enduring compliance with front office procedures, security, and policy Adapting quickly and applying understanding of agency policies and procedures to situations necessitating discretion or escalation Position schedule is Monday
  • Friday, 7:45 am
  • 4:00 pm with occasional evenings 4:00
  • 8:00 pm, only when coverage is necessary.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Must be bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish. Exhibit a professional and pleasant demeanor. Minimum 12-months experience. Demonstrate high attention to detail. Must be trustworthy, reliable and dependable. Must be computer proficient and able to quickly learn agency-specific computer applications, policies, procedures and programs.
