Job Description

General Description The Administrative I position provides front desk and general administrative support at an assigned practice location. This entry-level position is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, assisting clients and providers, maintaining accurate schedules and records, and completing daily administrative responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures. A. Essential Duties Greet clients, visitors, and providers professionally and courteously. Complete client check-in and check-out procedures. Answer incoming telephone calls and direct messages appropriately. Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments. Maintain accurate appointment statuses within the Electronic Health Record. Verify that required client documents and forms are complete. Monitor assigned email accounts and respond or route messages appropriately. Scan, upload, and organize documents within the client record. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the reception area. Complete opening and closing procedures. Protect client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements. Notify leadership of client concerns, safety issues, or workflow barriers. Assist providers and other administrative employees as needed. Participate in required meetings, supervision, and training. B. Additional Duties Assist other Administrative team members as needed to maintain productivity and efficiency. Participate in departmental projects and workflow improvements. Support company initiatives and operational changes as assigned. As the department continues to grow, additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.
Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate Degree preferred.
Experience :
Customer service or administrative experience preferred. Medical or behavioral healthcare experience preferred. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Experience using Electronic Health Record systems preferred. Monday through Thursday 4PM - 9:30PM Friday 11AM - 5PM
