Job Description
Premier Development is a real estate development firm that builds new homes, luxury apartments, and active adult communities across Central NJ. As an established and rapidly growing leader in the industry, we strive for continued excellence through our commitment to high-quality land planning, design, construction, and maintenance. We are seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Receptionist to serve as the welcoming first point of contact for our main office and provide administrative support to our team.
Office Hours:
Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. This is an on-site position. Responsibilities Oversee and maintain the main reception area , ensuring a professional and welcoming environment Greet visitors and assist with incoming calls and general inquiries Receive, sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail Coordinate and oversee the general maintenance and operation of office equipment Monitor and maintain office supply inventory Coordinate office supply deliveries and ensure supplies are properly distributed Provide general administrative and office support as needed Assist with organization and day-to-day office operations Handle various ad hoc assignments and special projects as requested by management Maintain a professional, courteous, and service-oriented presence at all times Qualifications Previous receptionist, administrative, or office experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology Benefits Premier Development offers paid holidays, PTO, health and life insurance benefits, as well as company-wide annual events!
