Saddle Brook, NJ (Onsite) We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments. Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Receive and distribute incoming mail, courier deliveries, and packages. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges following company procedures. Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, scanning, copying, and document preparation. Assist with maintaining office records, directories, and contact information. Coordinate office supplies and ensure adequate inventory levels. Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Support various departments with administrative tasks as assigned. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information. Perform other clerical and administrative duties as required. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
