Director of First Impressions:
You'll manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.
Ensure Seamless Care Coordination:
You'll maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently. Advocate for
Pet Health:
You'll be a key partner in pet wellness, educating clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.
Embody Compassion and Empathy:
You'll be a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own. What You'll Bring to the Team A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction. This position is Part-Time. Experience with veterinary software is preferred. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
