Front Desk / Insurance Coordinator Kuser Family Dental - Hamilton Square, NJ Kuser Family Dental is a modern, private family practice looking for an experienced, friendly, and organized Front Desk / Insurance Coordinator to join our team. We are seeking someone who thrives in a patient-focused environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a strong understanding of dental insurance and front office operations. This role is ideal for someone with solid dental front desk experience who is comfortable handling insurance, scheduling, patient communication, and supporting treatment acceptance. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients with a warm, professional, and positive attitude Answer incoming calls and convert new patient inquiries into scheduled appointments Check patients in and out efficiently Verify insurance benefits and provide accurate insurance estimates Submit and follow up on insurance pre-authorizations and claims Communicate with insurance companies regarding benefits, claims, and eligibility Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in Dentrix Present treatment plans and discuss financial options when needed Work closely with doctors and clinical team to provide an outstanding patient experience What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience (Required) Dentrix experience (Required) Strong knowledge of dental insurance, benefits, and claim processing Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, organized, and detail-oriented Positive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable team player with a strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements Strong case acceptance and patient communication skills Experience handling pre-authorizations and insurance follow-up Benefits 401(k) 401(k) Matching Paid Time Off Employee Dental Benefits Opportunities for
