OPENING OFFICE
Unlocking front doors each morning and ensure reception area is neat and organized 2 Part Timers Needed Hours will be 8am-12pm or 12:00 t-5:00 Monday Through Friday
CLOSING OFFICE
Lock outside doors and open office access door Straighten up reception area as needed Drop off mail and overnight package as needed Routine Procedures Greets and directs guests in a professional manner Answer, screen and transferring calls to appropriate personnel Open and distribution of mail
Mailings:
Invoices/Statements/Checks and mass mailings Track, order supplies for office, kitchen, coffee and UPS/Fedex Track and order printed supplies (stationary, envelopes, etc.) Maintain both front conference rooms Responsible for Purchase orders

Strong switchboard skills ; professional appearance and demeanor; excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent phone and computer skills; ability to work independently on assigned tasks; ability to work collectively with the administrative team
Computer Equipment and Software Requirements:
Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word (must know how to do mail merges),
Excel, Switchboard, Fax, Copier, Scanner Education and Experience Required:
High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years receptionist experience; possess the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment Physical Requirements (ADA Compliance): Sitting for up to 90% of the work day. This position requires the ability to walk, bend, stand and reach frequently. Lift/Carry/Push/Pull items up to 25 pounds. Fine motor skills adequate for utilizing office equipment such as facsimile machines, copiers and computer keyboards Hear/Execute clear speech, in person and over the telephone.
