We are a busy, well-established multidisciplinary healthcare practice in Wayne, NJ seeking an exceptional Front Desk Receptionist to become part of our close-knit team. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, is incredibly comfortable speaking on the phone, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career—not just find their next job. Our front desk is the heart of our office. The right person will create a welcoming first impression for every patient while helping keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and professionally.
- Answer incoming phone calls with confidence, friendliness, and outstanding customer service.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment plans.
- Verify insurance benefits
- Check patients in and out.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Coordinate with providers and staff to ensure a smooth daily workflow.
- Perform general administrative and front desk responsibilities. What We're Looking For

- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
- Healthcare or medical office experience is a plus.
- Experience verifying insurance benefits is beneficial but
