Job Description
Looking for a part time evening receptionist for evening hours for a woman-owned and run practice. Hours Needed Monday 2-6 or 3-6pm Thursdays 2-6 or 3-6pm Some Tuesdays Best candidate is a physical therapy student or college student or local mom with an Outgoing personality! Haven Pelvic PT is a boutique pelvic floor clinic located in downtown Westfield. We have a satellite clinic in Summit, NJ. Main duties are answering phones and emails and converting inquiries into actual patients. Checking in patients, collecting payment, and keeping the schedule full are other responsibilities of our front office!
