Job Description
Description To provide professional assistance to the office staff and Branch Manager in all aspects of daily operations. Reporting Relationship Reports to Branch Manager and Executive Director. Responsibilities/Activities Maintain client and employee confidentiality and follow all HIPAA regulations. Ensure Agency policies and procedures and industry standards and regulations are followed. Answer phones in a professional and courteous manner. Take and deliver messages as directed by the branch manager. Meet and greet employees, customers and business associates. Scan documents into the paperless software program assuring accuracy. Management of CPR web site, registration of employees, documentation of renewed certificates. Report issues with employee non-compliance to the Branch Manager. Monitor and assure employee credential requirements are current. Preparation of checks and necessary documents for employees to maintain credentials up to date. Print and maintain sufficient documents in office document folders. Liaise with community resources and other agencies. Record keeping of office supplies and notification to Branch manager. Clean & maintain front waiting room. All other duties as directed by the Branch Manager and Executive Director. Required Knowledge General computer and office equipment. Knowledge of clerical procedures such as maintaining records and completing forms. Effectively communicate with all business associates. Required Skills/Abilities Ability to plan and organize work. Ability to coordinate with others. Ability to maintain appropriate contact with manager/director. Ability to assist subordinates in accomplishing their work-related objectives. Ability to converse with subordinates in a clear, concise, accurate & timely manner. Ability to make useful suggestions. Ability to establish and maintain relationships. Ability to communicate written and oral information so others understand. Ability to work independently and in cooperation with others. Ability to establish and maintain harmonious relations with clients/families/co-workers.
Physical and Mental Demands:
Visual and hearing sufficient to comprehend written and verbal communications. Ability to perform tasks involving physical activities, including lifting, extensive bending and standing at times. Mental fortitude and stability to handle stress. Physical and mental ability to drive a vehicle. Qualifications/Education- At minimum 1 year of home care experience
- 1 year of customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
- Current driver's license/Valid ID
- Proper Vehicle Insurance Coverage/ Do not drive agreement
