Job Description

Company Overview A New Awakening Counseling Agency provides behavioral health services. Established to support individuals in overcoming addiction and mental health challenges, the agency emphasizes a multi-disciplinary approach that combines evidence-based practices with holistic therapies to promote healing and personal growth. This position includes observed urine drug-screen collections, front desk coverage, scheduling, client check-in, basic administrative duties, and accurate documentation related to behavioral health populations serving criminal justice involved persons.
Schedule Monday:
9:00 AM-6:00
PM Tuesday:
10:00 AM-7:00
PM Wednesday:
10:00 AM-7:00
PM Optional Friday:
10:00 AM-5:00 PM Key Duties Conduct urine drug-screen collections and observed collections as required Follow chain-of-custody and documentation procedures Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries Greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with check-in Support court- and contract-related paperwork and communication Requirements Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable working with behavioral health and justice-involved populations Able to pass required background checks Must not be under active criminal justice supervision, including probation, parole, or pretrial supervision, where prohibited by agency or contract requirements Drug-free workplace; drug testing required in accordance with agency policy Basic computer and office skills required Training provided.
Pay:
$12.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 30.0 per week
