Job Description

Description:
Responsible for administrative needs of the CLNM department. Responsible for also assisting the psychiatric department in answering the phone and greeting clients and or potential clients with respect and non-judgment. Maintain confidentiality, schedule/reschedule clients, maintain and update all current information on clients such as phone numbers, addresses, releases, insurance, etc. in the client's file.
Requirements:
Full time-40 hours per week, Monday -Friday Hourly, non-exempt
Pay:
$16.35 per hour Minimum of 1 year experience Minimum of high school diploma Bilingual, Spanish speaking individuals strongly encouraged to apply Management reserves the right to add, modify, change, or rescind the work assignments of different positions and to make reasonable accommodations so that qualified employees can perform the essential functions of the job. ? Prepares agendas, minutes, sign-ups, etc., for CLNM staff meetings and coordinates other meetings as needed. ? Greets, checks in clients, collects co-pays if applicable, reschedules clients, and obtains any signatures if needed. ? Answers phones and directs calls. ? Organizes and puts together client files. ? Completes STAR check-ins and updates information as needed ? Sends out MCO Lists for caseload updates, Contact Lists, PCP letters, CAN's, and other as assigned. ? Ensures all information is up to date and current in all clients' files: phone numbers, addresses, releases, insurances, etc. ? Accurately files all material in clients' files, including TOCC assessment and plan forms, opt outs, and other files as needed. ? Responsible for maintaining inventory and completing Purchase Orders to address office needs. ? Completes CLNM Medicaid checks, may assist MHR front staff with checks as needed. ? Handle cash or credit/debit card transactions. ? Support and model agency's mission statement. ? Maintain HIPAA and client confidentiality at all times. ? Regular and consistent attendance for the assigned work schedule is essential.
