Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for staff members. Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction at all times. Handle correspondence, including emails and mail distribution. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment. Support office management functions as needed to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards clients. Previous experience as a dental receptionist is advantageous but not required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
