Veterinary Receptionist (Full-time/Part-Time)

Canyon Crossroads Animal Hospital, a busy and thriving practice located just outside Albuquerque in Tijeras, NM, is seeking a friendly and motivated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet clients and their pets with a smile. Answer and manage phone calls efficiently and professionally. Schedule appointments and manage the front desk workflow. Maintain accurate client and patient records. Process payments and ensure proper check-in and check-out procedures. Assist with filing, paperwork, and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a receptionist (veterinary experience preferred, but not required). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in computer systems and phone operations. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A friendly and positive attitude with a passion for providing great customer service.
