Job Description
We aim to craft an environment that engages and supports your growth! We are looking for a Front Desk Associate who is enthusiastic and enjoys building relationships with our patients. In your role your primary focus will be to provide and facilitate an exceptional patient experience! Skills Greet and check-in patients for appointments, verify patient information, manage incoming patient inquiries. Confirm, and schedule appointments to ensure patient flow. Verify patient insurances, ensure outstanding balances and copays are collected. Enter and present financial options for patient treatment plans. Update patient records Process X-rays and doctor referrals to patient chart Strong Interpersonal Skills Qualifications Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent Customer service focused, Organizational skills, Time Management Dental office experience Benefits Dental, Vision, Medical Benefits, Paid Time Off, 401k with company matching contributions.
