ATC Healthcare is a premier staffing company specializing in providing top-tier healthcare professionals to facilities nationwide. In Las Vegas, we are partnering with a reputable hair restoration clinic to find an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join their team.
Position Overview:
As the Front Desk Receptionist at our partnered hair restoration clinic, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression. Check in patients by collecting co-payments, updating demographic information, and verifying insurance eligibility. Schedule and coordinate appointments, managing recall and no-show lists effectively. Process incoming referrals and direct them to the appropriate department. Handle petty cash transactions accurately and maintain detailed records. Scan and import cardiology-related documents into the electronic system. Sort and direct incoming mail and packages to the appropriate person or department. Assist in organizing and managing patient files and records for the clinic and outpatient surgery center. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Provide administrative support to clinic staff as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and procedures. Strong time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks. Knowledge of insurance processes and terminology. Experience in handling petty cash transactions and basic accounting. Familiarity with managing online patient portals is advantageous. Attention to detail in maintaining a clean and organized environment.
