LVC Surgery Center

•Las Vegas, NV LVC Surgery Center is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to provide afternoon front desk and administrative coverage. This is a low-volume afternoon position . Many afternoon shifts have little to no patient traffic, so the primary responsibilities are answering incoming calls, taking messages, providing front desk coverage, and assisting with light clerical and administrative tasks as needed.

•5:00 PM Approximately 12-16 hours per week Applicants should be able to reliably commit to this ongoing schedule. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately Take clear and accurate messages Provide afternoon coverage for the front desk Greet and assist patients or visitors when present Perform light clerical and administrative tasks Scan, copy, file, and organize documents Assist with basic office organization Communicate messages and requests to appropriate staff members Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality Assist the administrative team with other basic office tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Friendly and professional communication skills Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently Basic computer and office equipment skills Good organizational skills and attention to detail Previous receptionist, clerical, or customer service experience preferred Medical office experience is helpful but not required About the Position This position would be a great fit for someone looking for consistent part-time afternoon hours in a professional, relatively quiet office environment . Because patient volume is typically limited during these hours, we are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and can stay organized and productive during slower periods.

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0
