Job Summary We are looking for a personable and organized Receptionist to provide a welcoming experience for customers, visitors, and guests while supporting daily office activities. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, providing assistance, staying organized, and developing professional communication skills in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Greet customers, visitors, and guests promptly and professionally. Serve as the first point of contact and create a positive experience. Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member. Respond to general questions and provide information about products and services. Assist customers with requests and provide professional support. Help coordinate appointments, schedules, and routine front desk activities. Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area. Receive and direct visitors, mail, and deliveries. Assist with general administrative and office support tasks. Maintain accurate records and routine front desk information. Communicate customer questions and feedback to the appropriate team members. Support customer service and engagement initiatives. Work closely with team members to help maintain smooth daily operations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, professional, and approachable personality. Customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Excellent organization and time management abilities. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable communicating with customers both in person and by phone. Reliable, adaptable, and willing to learn. Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
