Overview Join our vibrant Dispensary team as a Receptionist, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. We're seeking a charismatic, engaging, and customer focused Hospitality Host to welcome guests and guide them through a seamless dispensary experience. You'll be the first point of contact, setting the tone, offering direction, and empowering customers with knowledge about our products, services, and digital ordering options. In addition, you'll support the team by assisting with online order fulfillment during high-volume periods. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Provide clear orientation of store layout, service areas, and daily promotions Assist customers with basic product selection and guide them to budtenders when needed Educate and support customers with: Self-service kiosks for browsing or placing order, Delivery services (eligibility, scheduling, and order requirements), Online ordering including menu navigation, pickup options, and loyalty redemption Offer step-by-step help to customers at kiosks or on mobile ordering Maintain lobby flow, manage wait times, and create an organized, upbeat entry experience Communicate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent customer satisfaction Assist with online order fulfillment during peak times, including pulling products, preparing pickup bags, and coordinating with the express/pickup team (training provided) Keep the lobby clean, welcoming , and visually aligned with brand standards Qualifications Exceptionally charismatic, welcoming, and customer-focused Tech-friendly and comfortable explaining kiosks and online ordering to customers Passionate about cannabis and customer education Patient, upbeat, and able to thrive in fast-paced setting Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Comfortable multitasking and shifting between lobby duties and order support Team-oriented and enthusiastic about delivering a top-tier guest experience Must be able to obtain and maintain a state-issued cannabis agent card Previous customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, or front-facing roles) Ability to stand for extended periods Comfortable learning POS, kiosk, and online ordering platforms (training provided) Availability on weekends and holidays as needed We are hiring Greeters for both Tree of Life dispensary locations. There are two positions available, one for each location.
