Part-Time Legal Receptionist Kaufmann Law | Minden, Nevada | In-Person | Part-Time (approx. 20 hours/week) About the Firm Kaufmann Law is an established law firm with offices in Minden, Nevada and San Diego, California. Our practice includes estate planning, trust administration, personal injury, and civil litigation. We're a welcoming team that genuinely cares about our clients and the employees who help us serve them. About the Role We are looking for a reliable, personable receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Minden office. You will greet clients, answer and route phone calls, schedule appointments, and support the office with administrative work. This is a great role for someone who is comfortable with technology and interested in growing their skills. Our firm actively uses modern technology in daily operations, and on-the-job training with our tools and systems may be included as part of this position. Responsibilities 1. Answer, screen, and route incoming calls. 2. Greet and assist clients and visitors. 3. Schedule and confirm client appointments and consultations. 4. Process incoming and outgoing mail, including certified mail and deliveries. 5. Enter client contact information and intake details into firm systems. 6. Scan, copy, file, and organize documents according to firm procedures. 7. Keep office areas clean, organized, and client-ready; manage office supply inventory. 8. Make bank deposits and run occasional errands. 9. Assist attorneys, the paralegal, and staff with administrative tasks as assigned.
