JOB SUMMARY
The Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for supporting daily quality assurance activities on the production floor to ensure all products meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform incoming material inspections Perform first article inspections (from internal and external sources) Perform coating inspections Monitor valve and hydrant assembly lines for production quality Monitor valve and hydrant testing for production quality Monitor coating testing and production quality Perform internal audits and corrective actions Calibration of tools and test equipment

Work on special projects assigned and prioritized by the company
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Must have a high attention to detail and be able to meet deadlines Record keeping skills with computer literacy (Microsoft) Ability to use measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers etc.) Able to organize and schedule the daily workload Familiarity with the metric system Able to read technical drawings Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds recblid offfedeiwhhmbkozfp493zvux9kcfv
