IMMEDIATE START
— Applicants must be available to begin work immediately. Prime Talent Solutions is seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Receptionist to assist residents and visitors at a condominium community.
Responsibilities:
Greet residents, guests, and vendors professionally. Answer phone calls and assist with questions. Follow community procedures for visitor check-in. Receive and organize packages and deliveries. Assist with basic administrative tasks and maintain accurate records. Keep the front desk clean and organized. Communicate resident concerns to management.
Requirements:
Immediate availability to start is required. Must be available to work weekends. Must be available to work swing shifts when needed. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic computer skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred.
