Front Desk Receptionist

At Galena Sport Physical Therapy, We are offering a wonderful opportunity to work within a growing company as a Front Desk Receptionist. We provide great pay, benefits, and we love to have fun! We have clinics in Reno and Sparks Nevada, and are adding new locations all the time. We are looking for someone with a forward-thinking perspective that has the desire to learn and grow. Do you work well in a team environment? You will be the "Face" of Galena Sport Physical Therapy. When a patient walks through our doors, you will be one of the first people they see. We strive to give each person that walks through our doors a great sense of well-being and belonging. Medical insurance knowledge, authorization and verification experience preferred. Must have computer and typing skills. The perfect candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

• New patient experience and scheduling. In person and virtually.
• Future appointment scheduling
• Answering telephones, routing calls, faxing, emailing (general office duties)
• Inventory control and product or miscellaneous items ordering
• Coordinating and scheduling
• Collecting Co-payments
