Receptionist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist for a short-term 2-day front office operations for a Financial Services organization in Reno, Nevada. This Contract position is ideal for someone with experience managing a busy reception area, greeting visitors, and handling incoming calls with accuracy and courtesy. The right candidate will create a welcoming first impression while keeping communication and administrative tasks organized throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients, guests, and team members at the front desk and provide a positive, customer-focused experience.
• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering, screening, and directing incoming calls to the appropriate contacts.
• Maintain the reception area so it remains orderly, well-organized, and ready to receive visitors at all times.
• Handle routine front office tasks such as taking messages, relaying information, and supporting day-to-day administrative needs.
• Coordinate visitor check-in procedures and notify employees promptly when guests arrive.
• Respond to general inquiries with courtesy and escalate more complex requests when needed.
• Support office communication flow by ensuring calls and messages are routed accurately and efficiently.
