Job Description
Seeking experienced front desk receptionist. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering heavy switchboard, data entry, setting appointments. Must be computer literate, bi-lingual Spanish and have experience. Must be professional, friendly and able to work independently and as a team. Must dress professionally. Greet and assist visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed. Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system with excellent phone etiquette. Manage appointment scheduling and calendar Perform clerical duties including data entry, Docusign, intakes Basic qualifications Proficient in Google Calendar and Outlook Bi-lingual Spanish Preferred qualifications Previous experience in a heavy front desk or receptionist role Bilingual Spanish are a must
