In this position, you will:
Be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate parties and greeting visitors to the buildingHandle mail distribution and flow of correspondenceBe responsible for ordering of supplies as well as providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasksWe require: High School Diploma or equivalent Two years experience as receptionist/secretary preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office products Bilingual English/Spanish preferred 35 hours a week, Mon- Friday 7:45-3:15Apply online at www.acld.org.
