This role is essential to maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth communication throughout the company. Responsibilities Sit at the front desk and maintain a professional, welcoming, and friendly presence Answer incoming phone calls, route calls to the correct staff, and take accurate messages Greet and welcome visitors entering the building Manage and maintain logbooks for all incoming and outgoing visitors Monitor security cameras and report any unusual activity Receive and handle incoming packages Provide friendly, helpful customer service to employees, vendors, and guests Support general office operations as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, friendly demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized Comfortable using phones, computers, and basic office systems Prior receptionist or front desk experience required
