Job Description
Temporary Receptionist/Attendance Clerk Answer phones/direct calls Assist office manager/transportation coordinator as needed Send daily email to teachers listing all of the reported dismissal changes & attendance reports Provide teachers with daily dismissal changes through the PikMyKid program Collect absent excuses provided from parents/doctor offices. In PowerSchool change/log in the reason for the student's absence. Log in any medical absences that the health office provides Data entry: registration/re-enrollment packets in PowerSchool Sort/distribute mail Print out faxes/distribute/send requested information File student report cards, student suspension letters, medical notes, release forms as received Gather student records for 8 th graders who are exiting & send information to schools as per requests received. Log this data in a spreadsheet.
Sign in visitors:
Agency- Child Protective Services/CSE evaluators. Locate student & provide any information requested such as grades & attendance. Raptor System
