Job Description

Campbell Hall Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a healthcare setting while assisting with administrative responsibilities.
Schedule:
Weekdays:
Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM•7:00
PM Weekends:
Saturday and/or Sunday 7:00 AM•1:00 PM or 1:00 PM•7:00 PM Weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities:
Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and direct incoming telephone calls. Monitor facility entrance and assist with visitor sign-in procedures. Handle resident trust/patient funds accurately, including deposits and withdrawals. Provide clerical support, including copying, and data entry. Assist residents and families with general inquiries. Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Communicate effectively with nursing, administrative, and other department staff.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous receptionist, customer service, cashier, or administrative experience preferred. Experience handling cash or financial transactions is preferred. Strong computer and telephone skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
