Job Description
Immediate opening for ideal candidate to work in a warm and friendly private school environment. We are looking for a proactive, friendly and high energy individual as the Part Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant and the first point of contact for visitors, parents and students. Able to utilize time management techniques to organize and prioritize work; read, interpret, and apply rules and procedures for registration, enrollment, etc.; and follow instructions; capable of working independently or as a team member; maintain confidentiality of student and program information. Work cooperatively and effectively with students, parents/guardians, administrators, and the general public. 1 year experience as receptionist or (clerical daycare/school position a plus). Excellent judgment and communication skills a must. Professional appearance. High school graduate or equivalent. Bilingual Spanish a plus. Monday through Friday, 2:00pm to 6:00pm.
