Job Summary Join our vibrant dance studio community as a Front Desk Staff member, where your energy and organizational skills will set the tone for an inspiring environment! In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring smooth daily operations. Your friendly demeanor and multitasking abilities will help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages creativity and confidence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our studio's success, supporting both administrative functions and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer support and information about classes and studio policies Send pre-templated emails to new students including onboarding, trials, class reminders, and inquiries. Assist with office management tasks including supply inventory, maintaining of the lobby, and miscellaneous tasks such as grabbing a band aid for a student. This tasks are essential to ensure teachers and students do not have to leave their class. Light cleaning, including but not limited to, sweeping, emptying garbages, mirrors, windows, and surfaces. Opening and closing duties including locking/ unlocking studio doors and turning off/on all technology. Preference given to candidates with a dance background. In the event that a class needs a last minute sub, the ability to jump in where needed is strongly preferred. Opportunities for growth and additional tasks available. Skills Strong office management skills with experience in clerical tasks and administrative support. Ability to learn basic tasks on studio's registration system: Studio Pro. Familiarity with front desk operations. Effective client communication skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
