We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Manager to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. This individual will play a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience by ensuring smooth daily operations, managing appointments, and supporting both patients and providers. The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients and check them in for scheduled appointments. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally. Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments. Obtain and verify required patient paperwork and signed consent forms. Collect copays and process payments accurately. Verify insurance information when needed. Conduct follow-up calls with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and outstanding paperwork. Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff. Keep the reception area organized, welcoming, and professional. Assist with other administrative tasks to support the practice. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a medical, dental, chiropractic, or healthcare front office preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable handling confidential patient information while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office is preferred. Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in a busy environment.
