Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and mail, with accuracy and timeliness Maintain organized reception area and manage scheduling for appointments and meetings Perform data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and word processing tools Support office management tasks including filing, proofreading documents, and updating records Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and maintaining office supplies inventory Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Coordinate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow continuity Experience Proven office experience or administrative support background is required Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry processes Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Prior experience in front desk or receptionist roles demonstrating excellent organizational skills and customer service excellence Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines Place and track contact lens orders with manufacturers and laboratories and notify patients This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute their administrative expertise in a fast-paced environment.
