Job Description

Are you a people person with a knack for organization and a welcoming smile? We're looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Concierge to be the first point of contact for our company, working Monday to Friday from 7:30AM to 4 PM. In this role, you'll be the friendly face that greets our guests and ensures everyone feels welcome. You'll manage front-desk activities, from directing visitors and handling phone calls to keeping our reception area tidy and organized. If you're resourceful, proactive, and have a genuine customer service attitude, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at our facility. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office with efficiency and accuracy. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain a pristine and presentable reception area, ensuring all necessary stationery and materials (e.g., pens, forms, brochures) are stocked. Provide basic and accurate information in person, via phone, and through email. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries. Help maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk, including monitoring our logbook.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role. A professional attitude and appearance are essential. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Excellent organizational skills. Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A genuine customer service attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word. If you're ready to positively impact our visitors and team every day, apply now!
