Job Description
Access Dental Care is seeking full-time front desk administrative position. Dental/medical experience helpful. Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice. Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed. Assisting patients to fill out information forms. Preparing patients' charts and daily schedules. Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures. Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders. Claim filing, prior authorization submission Collecting payments as needed. Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing. Insurance verification Office hours 4 days/week, hours 8-4:30. Full-time position. Please submit your resume.
