Kalmar Family Podiatry:

We are a family owned Podiatric office located in the village of Huntington. We have been serving the area for over 45 years. KFP is comprised of five Podiatric Physicians who are qualified, experienced and caring. We provide the very latest evidence based practices to each and every patient.

Summary:

Looking for a Front Office Receptionist who can great patients, answer phone calls, work in our EMR system, and work closely with the other office staff team members. We are looking from someone who is responsible, a team player and willing to assist in all aspects of front office/receptionist responsibilities. Above all else we are looking for someone who is friendly and willing to learn. No true experience needed.

Responsibilities :

Schedule appointments Answer phone calls Greet patients Assist with front office staff as see fit including but not limited to: scheduling patients, assisting with intake forms, taking insurance information, calling patients (appointment reminders), inputting patient information into the EMR system, scanning documents,
